You’re bloated…

You feel fat…

When you look in the mirror, you really don’t like what you see staring back.

These are all common feelings that people have—either right before or during—any type of diet plan they would like to start.

That’s the reason for the diet, right?

But I want to share something with you that you probably don’t realize:

It’s not just your body that is bloated…

…it’s your fat cells that are bloated as well!  But how can you tell if your fat cells are bloated?

Well, it’s a really simple test:

Take a good, hard look in the mirror—or simply look down in the shower.


Do you have a waistline that just doesn’t seem to SHRINK?  Does it just sit there—even though you’re eating better and exercising all the time?

If so, then you have some bloated, inflamed, and hard-to-burn-off fat cells!


There…I said it!

So, what can you do about it?  Plenty!

How to Unlock Bloated Fat Cells


Now, you’ve started to eat right…you’ve started to exercise a little more each day…but you’re still struggling to lose the weight.

What gives?  Well, let me tell you what the problem is: Your fat cells are bloated and inflamed due to a combination of oxidative stress and chronic inflammation.

How did they get this way?  Well, for starters, the diet you were eating (prior to you eating better), was probably filled with sugar, processed ingredients, and trans-fats, which all wreak havoc on your body.

They destroy cells, bump into other cells and “steal” from them…basically they create an environment where oxidative stress and inflammation run supreme!

And when this happens, a whole lot of things start to happen…

You may see certain cancers start to form…

You may have heart disease or stiffening of your arteries…

You may become diabetic due to the destruction of pancreas cells or cells that don’t recognize insulin…

Yes, your fat cells actually fight fat and try to keep you at a healthy weight!  You see, they possess powerful fat-burning molecules that tell your brain and body to burn fat for energy or conserve fat for later use.

However, when your fat cells are inflamed and bloated, your fat cells may be unable to produce and release these hormones, therefore keeping you fat and miserable!

But there is a way to lower inflammation and essentially unlock your fat cells:

By eating fiber-rich foods, herbs, and plenty of veggies!

Now, I know you’ve been eating better, but you may not be eating the rights foods to make a difference in your bloated fat cells.

You see, they may not contain the high levels of antioxidants needed to truly make a dent in your inflammation levels.

But luckily, there is one way to do this!

You see, when you eat fiber-rich foods, veggies, and certain herbs, you may actually improve the health of your gut.

Some examples of foods you should be eating would be:

  • Cauliflower

The fat that is produced is called butyrate.

Now, butyrate is created when gut bacteria digest fiber (digest fiber by fermenting it to produce butyrate).

Not only does it help strengthen your gut lining, butyrate also holds anti-inflammatory properties, which is a good thing for your body—and your fat cells!

Once the butyrate works its magic, your fat cells may cool down, therefore allowing them to function correctly.

Therefore, you may find it easier to lose weight, get your shape back, and finally feel like yourself again!
